Heather has been an Early Childhood Educator for over 19 years and is continually amazed at the curiosity and wonder of children.
Heather is thinking about leading groups in Reflective Practice and facilitating meaningful conversations that really dig deep into how people value who they are and what they believe in. She is volunteering to do this in her program and is learning so much on how to satisfy the reasons she started with working children in the first place.
